Separation

When we purchase loads of clothing from out-of-state thrift store companies, we transport it back to our warehouse in Los Angeles, California. Then we have to separate all of the products aquired on our conveyor belt. There all of our workers, work together to separate the clothing by size, gender, quality, other categories.

Department Creation

Once the clothing and various other products have gone through their initial separation. We go through it again to create each individual department organized by our own standards. We have premium, lower end premium and normal clothing. We do not exclude premium clothing from our wholesale bales. We strive to make our bales flexible to our customers, so they are given a variety of products.

Packaging

Now that everything is separated, we gather all of the products that were ordered and put it through the baleing machine. In the baleing machine our workers wrap the clothing tightly and securely in a protective plastic poly sheet, then tie everything up using sturdy polypropylene straps. They are then ready to be loaded and transported.

Pickup

Coletta’s Trading Inc does not provide product transportation for our customers, as we allow them to use their own company or preferred transportation services. The customer has the option to schedule a pick up time with us and we load the product ourself or if it is a small order we can load it onto their vehicle. We double check our loading job to assure that it is safe. Then we send off the order to be delivered to its final destination.

This is just an outline of what our company does everyday to ensure we keep the quality and integrity of our bales of products. We never skip a step of this process, if that were to ever occur we wouldn’t be known for our great quality.
